Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed once our team accepts the booking request and assigns a driver or vehicle for the trip.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may request cancellation before vehicle allocation and driver assignment.
Once a vehicle and driver have been assigned and dispatched for the booking, cancellation requests will not be eligible for any refund.
Refund Policy
No refund will be provided in the following situations:
- Driver has been assigned for the trip.
- Vehicle has been dispatched to the pickup location.
- Customer cancels after booking confirmation.
- Customer is unavailable at the pickup location.
- Incorrect booking details are provided by the customer.
Advance Payments
Advance payments made towards confirmed bookings are generally non-refundable once the driver or vehicle has been allocated for the trip.
Any exceptional refund request will be reviewed at the sole discretion of Ajith Call Taxi Tours & Travels.
Payment Methods
We currently accept payments through:
- Cash
- UPI Payments
- Bank Transfer (if applicable)
Payment instructions will be shared during booking confirmation.
Vehicle Attachment Payments
Vehicle attachment payments, commissions, charges, and settlement terms are governed separately through individual Vehicle Attachment Agreements provided to vehicle owners and partners.
Service Delays
Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather conditions, road closures, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
